When you first register for assistance and each time coming in you must show Proof of Residency in Tuolumne County and this is for all people listed on the Client Profile.
Anything that shows/listed street address will be satisfactory:
CA Drivers License CA Identification
Rent/mortgage receipt Utility bill
Letter from MD, job, Church, etc. Insurance cards
School records Tickets/warrants, court dates, etc
Any other service agency NO EXPIRED “PROOF” ITEMS
If you are picking up items for someone else YOU MUST bring in a letter with name, telephone number, items to be picked up and your own ID. The request will be verified by telephone before anyone can pick up someone else’s items.
